Here I've illustrated how to use a wire threader, but the principal is the same for the chunkier yarn threaders.
First, pass the threader through the eye of the needle. Next, pass the yarn through the threader wire, and pull the threader from the eye of the needle, taking the thread with it.
Voilà! No more wet yarn ends or fuzz on the lips!
