Reminiscent of sprintime in Paris, this Fleur de Lys pattern uses pretty spring colors using continental stitch on or long stitch (sometimes called straight stitch) on 13-count canvas.
The design is horizontal, but can easily be adapted to a square shape by reducing the number of stripes and pattern repeats.
