Place a small amount of tacky glue on one side of one end of the wooden popsicle stick. Insert the glue-end of the stick into the turning opening, with the glue-side down.
Stuff the ice cream very lightly with fiberfill and hand-stitch the bottom opening closed. Dab a bit of glue inside the ice cream where it meets the stick to secure (so the stick won't slip out).
