The Crossed Gobelin is easy to work, and can be used individually, as a filler, in groups, or in offset rows.
To work the stitch, bring your needle up at 1, and cross four threads of canvas vertically, inserting the needle back down at 2. Next, make a cross stitch across 2 intersections (3-4 and 5-6) to complete a single Crossed Gobelin stitch.
