Stitch the design in Continental Stitch using the tapestry wool. For added texture, the buttons and eyes in the sample ornament were worked in French knots, and the red areas on the border in diagonal satin stitch.
The completed canvas can be used as an appliqué for a pillow front, or stitched into an adorable ornament.
