This week has been full of challenges. Something that can be described as nothing less than 'the plague' (a really horrible stomach bug) has hit my home and left it's victims. As if this weren't enough excitement for our household, I also made a visit to the emergency with a child who had just suffered a corneal abrasion, a long word for a scratched eye. It has been a long week folks. I will be so glad for a time to sit in the quiet.

With perfect timing, this week, I was fortunate to get to try out and review DMC's Needlework On-The-Go Travel Roll. A perfect companion for their larger travel bag, this little roll is a great way to organize floss and yarn when you have to take your needlepoint on-the-go (or when you aren't going anywhere as you sit and wait on the doctor).
