Two brand new stitch diagrams with journal pages have been added this week!
The Single Twill Stitch and Double Twill Stitch are two very interesting, textured needlepoint filling stitches, worked vertically in diagonal rows.
The single and double versions are worked similarly, with the exception of the double version being worked in rows of alternating heights.
I worked the two samples in Pearl Cotton.
Either of these stitches is perfect for filling a large area, background, or worked in rows, and can be found in the Needlepoint Stitch List.
