September's here and I've been busy designing more free needlepoint patterns for this site.
I just added a new pattern today for a versatile Pumpkin Head for you to stitch.
The pattern is versatile because it can be stitched as a Jack O' Lantern, or just stitch it faceless to use for any Autumn holiday.
Best of all, the plain side faces the opposite direction so you can make a 2-sided ornament if you choose to do so.

I like to have this sort of thing finished with a place for a dowel stick – to make a “plant stake.” Very effective use for them. Stick it into a potted plant for extra decoration.
